Reclaim
A space to explore who one is beyond one’s addiction.
What It Is:
Reclaim is an ongoing therapy group for working professionals who struggle with substance use, behavioral addictions, and the emotional disconnection that often comes with them. This group is for people who are “functional”—on the surface—but privately wrestling with cycles of use, shame, stress, and self-doubt. You don’t need to hit a “rock bottom” to know something needs to change.
Reclaim offers a reflective space where you can explore the deeper roots of your behavior, not just track symptoms or count days. In this weekly therapist-led group, we talk openly about addiction, compulsion, relationships, and meaning. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution here. Instead, we support each other in understanding how we got here—and what a fuller life might look like.
How It Works:
Ongoing group, no fixed end date
Meets virtually once per week, 60-75 minutes
Capped at 6–8 members for safety and depth
Psychodynamic and existential lens
Open to Colorado residents
You’ll also occasionally engage with curated materials—from psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy—to spark deeper discussion and personal insight.
Who It’s For:
Reclaim is ideal for those who:
Struggle with drinking, weed, porn, or other compulsive behaviors
Feel too “high-functioning” for rehab, but too stuck for self-help
Are interested in depth, meaning, and personal reflection
Want connection—not just coping skills
