Mind Guild
Gamers are strategic thinkers, problem solvers, and resilient players—but those same strengths don’t always translate easily into everyday life.
Mind Guild is a therapy group designed specifically for people who play video games and want to apply their gaming strengths to real-world growth.
In this group, we explore topics like:
• managing stress and burnout
• improving focus and motivation
• building meaningful friendships and social confidence
• balancing gaming with work, school, and life
• developing emotional awareness and resilience
This is a co-op experience for mental health.
Who It’s For:
Mind Guild is ideal for those who:
Play video games/are “nerds”/are “gamers”
Need some extra mental health support in a mutual exploratory setting
Are interested in depth, meaning, and personal reflection
Want connection—not just coping skills

Reclaim
Many people struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviors appear to have things together on the outside. Careers are progressing, relationships are mostly intact, and life looks stable. But internally, there may be cycles of overuse, avoidance, loneliness, or emotional numbness that feel increasingly difficult to understand or control.
Reclaim is an ongoing therapy group for adults who want to explore those patterns in a thoughtful, supportive environment. This group is designed for individuals who are functioning in daily life but know something deeper needs attention—whether that involves substance use, behavioral addictions, or recurring emotional patterns that feel hard to change.
Who It’s For:
Reclaim is ideal for those who:
Struggle with alcohol, cannabis, pornography, gaming, or other compulsive behaviors
Feel “high functioning,” but privately know something isn’t working
Are interested in deeper self-reflection rather than quick fixes
Want support from others navigating similar questions
Are looking for a recovery space that is thoughtful, non-judgmental, and not strictly 12-steps

Ignited Ideas
A therapist-led discussion and process group for thoughtful adults navigating life transitions.
Ignited Ideas is a biweekly group for people who enjoy meaningful conversation and want to better understand themselves and their direction in life. Each meeting begins with a philosophical concept or question—something about identity, meaning, relationships, or change—and then moves into guided discussion and group reflection.
This is not a lecture or a traditional therapy group. Instead, it’s a space where thoughtful adults can explore ideas, connect with others, and bring deeper insight into their lived experience.
Members often come because they feel stuck, uncertain about their next step, or simply want a place for deeper conversation than everyday life usually allows.
Who It’s For:
Ignited Ideas is ideal for those who:
Think deeply but have trouble acting
Want a deeper engagement with life’s biggest questions
Desire a space for reflection and igniting action
Adults who are looking for community and better language to think through life’s trials
